Taiwan fire red shrimp

so i picked up 4 a couple weeks ago and i noticed a 1 of them are starting to fade a little, when i first had them they were a bright deep red now one is more translucent red. idk i been changing their water every week. not to sure im going to keep doing research and test the water. but any adivce would be welcome
