Hi
I am almost sure its a female but I decide to double check that with you guys.
I have this fish for almost a year, and its size is 5inches. I saw few times when this fish try to “dance” with my sulphur head hap. This fish behaviour is a bit different then my other males, she never really taking part in that “domination game” in ta tank.
Im asking because it have pointed anal fin and looks like its turning yellow. 40966975-9E3F-47D0-9904-9C9F7A596B54.jpeg225BCEB3-F2F8-40DB-8B1A-71687FD3824C.jpeg6ED06F50-FD89-4A8A-A82D-AB4A205298B9.jpegA1A7A1D7-5994-4950-9928-031DD45A9DA0.jpeg

Looks like a "Male". If you have other mature Tiawan Reef males, the pictured male is a subordinate. Females typically remain silver w/ black stripes. Might have a little red coloration on the fins & doesn't have a blue face. Here is a pic of a pretty female TR I once kept.

Tiawan Reefs are late bloomers. He is coloring up fast as compared to most.
