I started putting my Malawi tank together the other day, just wanting to post some pics of my dominant male, he is turning more blue every day it seems like, just waiting for the anal fin to start turning red, I am pretty excited

I also have 3 females but they are camera shy and hide behind the rocks in there temporary home lol

I had a male TR, nice blue head and nice red on him. I miss that african. Yours is very nice. Feed him well and the color will just keep getting better. What are you feeding your africans?

I have blood worms and Tetramin Flake food, I have been meaning to ask what kinda flake I should feed them, they seem to like it quite a bit though

When I had africans, I fed them HBH veggie flakes. I mostly fed them NLS pellets. I gave them the 3mm pellets.

All my africans where nice sized and had excellent color. I also fed them Hikari blood worms.
