i currently have an fx5(with mechanical and bio), sump(with bioballs), and a emperor 400 on my 150 gallon tank with one jardini about 12 inches long. if i remove the emperor to a feeder fish tank will the 150 gallon tank be greatly affected biologically?

Your Jardini's tank will be fine...
If you are trying to 'instantly cycle' the feeder tank I doubt the Emp will contain enough bacteria to really do much. But if the feeder tank is an established tank and you are just trying to increase filtration you shuold be fine.
