Taking pictures

Any advice? I can't get good pictures of my tanks, and it is getting annoying!

Make sure there is plenty of available light, use tank lighting as well as a camera flash and possibly external lighting units such as slave lights. Use a fast shutter speed setting on your camera, a high ISO and the macro setting on your camera. Should help alot.

Also point the camera at an angle to the glass, this will minimise any reflections from the flash.

Thanks! Will try taking pictures again tomorrow. Got a couple new fish I want to show off!
