Hey All,
I have four paradise threadfins, Polynemus paradiseus, in stock, all eating frozen bloodworms. This is the first time I have ever actually seen this species, and I've been in the hobby for 40 years and the business for 28. Get them while you have the opportunity! The price is $199 each. I'm willing to drive a reasonable distance to deliver these or meet someone with them. I figure that will be less stressful to the fish than shipping them but I am willing to ship.

The pic taken through the surface is out of focus due to the water movement but you can see the extensions pretty clearly. This is a really cool beastie!

These are the ones that stand on their ventrals like a goby, right? I don't think they like strong current...

Though brackish, it is euryhaline (can live in a wide range of salinity) and therefore can be kept in freshwater. It can be a finicky eater, but not moreso than other finicky eaters on the market that are more common.
An active swimmer, it prefers water movement and high oxygenation. Some even say the fish must continue swimming or it will die, using ram techniques for respiration like sharks. Also, the fish feels stressed confined in small spaces, of course being able to feel it with its feelers
Oh, my bad! :(

I have to say I say I saw these fish today at marks place and they are supper cool and very healthy and active! They were eatting as soon the frozen bloodworms hit the water
