Tandanus catfish

I have been researching on the net about this fish as I was thinking of keeping one in one of my outdoor ponds. Question is does anyone have any experience with these fish. As I have found alot of conflicting information and not sure whether it can or should be kept with other pond fish. All information greatly appreciated, as I would prefer to have more first hand information before making a decision.

I don't see why it can't be kept in a pond. They aren't really aggressive, and don't aggrevate other fish.
