I'm trying to figure out what fish should be the bulk of my stock for a 55 gallon tanganyikan tank. I may have a calvus or two in there, but other than that what should I get?
I want a decently sized fish (4-6 inches)
I'd prefer a fairly peaceful species, as I don't want a tank that is too hyper, and seeing as I really like the calvus, I want them to be compatible.
I want something with interesting breeding habits.
Id like if the species wasn't too expensive, but if it is I'll buy a few and let them multiply.
