my new tanganikyan perch that i jacked from wes' collection

It looks like a Lates species of some variety, i'm jealous

im not sure i think its a Lates Mariae. but im not sure i asked wes he said its unknown?but its some sort of tanganikyan perch or something like that-.- anybody wanna tell me the scientific name plz??? looks like a lates mariae to me

its probably either mariae or microlepis., both look similar, but ones has a notched tai or forked taill, the other has a flat edge along the caudal fin, and the other one in my store has a round tail, but its not a niloticus though
