Happy to see another african cichlid keeper on these forums. I'm honestly surprised we don't have more people on here with larger africans like fronts and stuff.

Your frontosa may one day grow to eat most of those fish but they do grow VERY slowly, ontop of that their growth is extremely variable. I've found of my 6 fronts that all started the same size only one is growing at a reasonable rate and he's twice the size of the next fish and 4 times the size of the smallest. I hope you keep us posted on your tanks developement.

i'm a new member of the african club, there are a few of african keepers but you won't see them unless you post in the african forum, and even then you'll have to wait a little while.

to the OP nice setup, really digging the first 3 fish (i only have 1 species of hap right now so not well informed on tangs, look like julies and a calvus to me in the first 3 pics

looking good, I recomend Brichardi cichlids for your collection. also sometimes called "fairy cichlids" they are peaceful colourful and easy to breed.
I really like your calvus!

Nice collection =] Nice to see another Tang keeper around!

As for Africans and larger one like fronts, there are many of us on here who keep them/have them. If you check out the African section we have a show off your frontosa thread where you can see many members fronts. There are some member who also have other large Africans as well. =]

stratoquarius ^^ i have thought bout brichrdis but the brichardies seem to be more aggressive then most. and for breeding that is why I intend to stock this tank with a single fish from each type like none of the same fish because breeding will create full havoc in this tank.

the stock are only single fish such as
julie transcriptus
julie dickfieldii
julie marlari
ink fin calvus
bushiari
lemon cichlid
and 2 purucula catfish
witch are constantly leaving eggs for the cichlids to eat its wierd i see the two cat fish then they go to a cave and they swim around each other and deposit eggs but right as they are doing that alll my cichlids eat the eggs at the same time. always right when i am turning on the light or when im going to turn it off

oh yea i also have a kendalii and the frontosa that when they get bigger they will move in together for perminate
