I Got a 35 gal. tank with sand and rock. I plan to add a frontosa, brichardi, calvus, marlieri and electric blue to this tank in about a week once it is done cycling. Their all about a little more than a half inch right now. Do you think this tank size and setup will work for a year or two till they get bigger?

no especially the bichardi they stay small whereas fronts get way too big and would probably eventually eat them. the only fish that could stay in that tank for life is the bichardi, the rest need much larger tanks

SO ALL THESE FISH WOULD BE FINE IN A 80 GAL. ??

Id make it a 180. somthing like a 6x2x2 with a lot of ocan rock stacked at the back for hiding places and a nice blue bulb would probably do it. For life..
