I bought this Tangerine Tiger not too long ago from a good contact that said it was a male. But no color yet. wondering if someone could confirm that with me. Thx

Might still be a male they start coloring up a 4-5 inches. Also I dont think females have egg spots. Dont quote me on this though.

Thats what my buddy who sold it to me said. I was wonderin why my Red Empress was already showing at same size and he said just give those Tangerines more time. And hes always been accurate so guess we will see.

i say give it some more time also, could be showing sub dominant colors due to tankmates.
