Firstly, I'm not really one to publicly review vendors but I wanted to share a recent transaction I had with TUIC that really went beyond setting the standard for an aquatics vendor.

Thanks to MFK I had read that TUIC was a reliable source to purchase fish from, so, a few weeks ago I ordered 3 baby F1 Xingu from them. Upon arrival, just out of sheer bad luck from movement in transit, the heat pack moved and burnt two of the babies. Leading to their unfortunate death almost immediately upon arrival. TUIC not only replaced the two babies, but replaced them with fish 2-3x their size and covered the UPGRADED shipping to ensure they came in good shape. The fish came in great health and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for high quality cichlids to shop from them. Not the shop we deserve, but the shop we need ?

Both times service was excellent, order arrived early and in pristine conditions.

If or I should say when I get another tank I will order again. Have my eyes on some Lyonsi

Thinking about ordering...my chocolate needs new buddies. The rainbow alone isn't helping at this point. He's getting worked over a bit by my O.

Anyone quarantine their new fish from this seller? Also the contact link seems to want you to open an account?

All I did was email my order to the sales.tuic@gmail link. Shortly got a reply

Both times for me it was a tank restocking so main tank was the hospital/quarantine

Edit the account maybe something new, I got my Nanolutae last spring and Casper near 3 years ago.
