what r the best combos - i already have a coral beauty and a yellow tang in my 55 reef that will be going in my 210 when i decide who their roomates will be i will add them accordingly. your sugg. and experiences would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I REALLY WANT A FLAME ANGEL.

In my experience two angles in the same tank is a no-go. so if u plan on keeping the beauty i would deffinitely give it a second thought. now i've never had a 210g tank so maybe its big enough they will avoid each other but ive never seen two different angles cohabitate. :(

my buddy just bought a 200 like this trying to do the same thing...
ill let him no about these fish thanks guys!

I put a vlamingi tang with a niger trigger. The tang totally acts like the trigger! The crazy thing is just as bold as the trigger, as well!!!! I don't know if this is normal, but if I were to get another tang for its behavior, I would not put it with a trigger. I love how Yellow tangs are, too. I'm just glad my Yellow is in a different tank!

If you are going to put more than one tang together make sure they are different body styles.Like the difference between a BLUE HIPPO ,and a SCOPIAS.Also SAILFIN's are not as agressive as yellow's or hippo's or powder blues.

:grinno: well i got my naso a few days ago put him and the yt in at the same time and they r doin great even eating algae together. although when i first put them in the yt did try to intimidate the naso but the naso totally ignored him and the yt just stopped.JUST GOES TO SHOW ITS NOT WHAT THEY DO TO YOU BUT HOW YOU REACT TO IT !!

Queen angels are anything but reef safe!!!
If you want angels in your tank, you better not have clams. They're food for pretty much any angel that you can get. I've heard that some people's angels don't nibble on the mantle, but They probably were feeding their fish quite a lot. Any tang is reef safe, and as long as they're not similarly colored or shaped you'll be good mixing them. Sometimes even if they're similarly shaped or colored. I've kept unicorn, vlamingi, chevron, scopas, and probably a few others. the Unicorn was by far the hardiest and into eating algae off of everything.
