tank aggression

so i have this 7in pbass that have been trying to find a tank mate for.. so far the only fish it gets along with is my bichir..

it has killed one other bass and an odoe pike, and was trying to kill the 3 other bass i introduced about 1 1/2 months ago..

does anyone have any suggestions as to what i could maybe add? i just want more activity in the tank, im thinking a arowana.. Australian or silver? im not sure..

someone told me to get something that occupies a different space and has a different swimming pattern then the pbass?
 
Not sure on the size of tank your dealing with. But would it be possible to temporarly divide the tank?

How big was the other bass it killed and how big were the others you tried introducing. They honestly are best kept in groups of 3 or more.

i tried devideing it... worked for a little, the one bass was always pushing up on the divider until it nocked it down

the bass it killed was same size.. the odoe pike it killed was an inch longer, and the 3 i introduced where maybe an inch shorter
