Tank Background Color & Lighting

I have heard many mixed reviews on the background color of your tank having an affect ont the color of your fish as well as the kind of light that is best for the peacocks also????? I would love to here what you guys with the beautiful peacocks think!!!!?????!

I like to use a blackground, with any fish i feel it enhances their colouration.
