Tank became unlevel over time

Right before my most recent water change, I noticed that the water level was a bit uneven (back of tank is higher than front of tank). The pictures are attached.

My question is: does this look like something I need to address immediately. I don't have many options as I am on a 3rd floor apartment, so any modification to the floor or "real estate" (move the tank somewhere else) will not be feasible.

Just buy some shims and shimmy where it is needed to be level again

At some point in the future you decide to shim it up, use plastic composite shims.

Hello; Can you give us a picture of the tank from a distance showing the stand as well? Perhaps from a couple of sides. The amount of tilt is not a big deal as other have noted and i agree. What may be a concern is that the amount of tilt (out of level) is changed.

As long as all four corners of the tank sit firmly on the stand, no worries. The irregular contours and slope of the floor isn't something you can readily control.
