Tank being reset.

Okay, so I have had a 20 gallon twenty gallon sitting around sitting on a table for a while since I moved my bullfrog into the 75 gallon I got resently. I am needing to put it to use again. I never emptied it of water. I am gonna empty it and refill it.

My question is, do I need to scrub it out with vinegar or heavy salt or can I just empty it and refill it. I was worried about bad bacteria. It doesn't smell the least bit bad.

I usually just drain them and wipe the glass with my wet hands until the glass feels clean, then rinse again and refill.
