Tank Build question

Hey guys, i have a tank build its going to be 2m x 76cm x 76 cm (LxWxH) , and my client wants two 2" holes on the side, placed on the 2m pannel siding, on the middle bout 4 inches from the base, is this safe?

Depending on the glass thickness, placement of the holes 4 inches from the bottom shouldn’t be a problem.
