Tank Cleaning

I had an outbreak of fungus that wiped my tank out. So I'm going to restart the tank from scratch. Is there anything I need to get to make sure there is no fungus left other than completely draining the water and cleaning the rocks/decorations?

Hello; I have used a Clorox solution soak for tanks. I filled the tanks with water and added Clorox. I put the gravel and all equipment into Clorox soaks in buckets. You will have to give all a good rinse and use something such as prime in the tank when it is again set up.
You will also have to start the "cycle" from scratch.
