ok I want to know is it wrong to get rid and i mean permanently of unwanted fish like baby guppies or such like by adding my pet resident Oscar to the tank . I gave away all of the big and small ones that could be caught in the tank after getting frustrated I let Big Terry do the talking for me .. "get out the tank or in my belly". tell me was i wrong to do this or cruel I don't know but it was fun to watch though.. A fish hunting the way it would naturally in the wild .... well sort of.

Oscars Rule tanks

You are a newbie, and your thread is of innocence...........I will not ask any direct five questions of specific reasoning needed to help your emotion to better feed your personal tank.............But, yes, if you stick an OScar inside a tank full of guppies, you will see a hungry fish go full stomach within 10 minutes...........Making sure that the temperature is set at 78-82 degrees before dumping the oscar in, will sure assure your oscar does not die of temperature shock.............
