Anyone have any ideas how this could be done? I have a 120 gallon acrylic and I have a red texas that's 4 inches and a few other smaller fish that she doesn't bother. I also have a male flowerhorn that is 4 inches and these two fight. But they never bother the smaller fish.

I need to make a tank divider that blocks the larger fish but allows the smaller to pass through.

Any ideas?

Get some light diffuser or plastic gridsfrom Home Depot type stores and cut it to your suit your needs. You can secure the panel in place inside the tank with suction cups.

How small is the smallest fish? You could buy a sheet of plastic lighting diffuser from home Depot and cutout appropriate size space for them to go through.https://goo.gl/images/CnHVLS

This how I do it, with zip ties, using vertical, and horizontal pieces.
Horizontal pieces on the botton are held in place with heavy objects, like rocks, and vertical pieces put perpendicular keep the pieces that cross the tank from folding.

I also notch near the tank rim, to add extra holding power.
