What do you guys use for tank dividers? i dont know what those white square looking things are called but those look good. need to know the name please

Its called "egg crate" Its droptile ceiling material. Found at lowes, home depot ect.. Works great so long as your fish arent small enough to swim through the holes. Cost me like 7 bucks and I had enough left over to make two more lol.

For smaller fish there are the tank dividers that most stores have. They have small holes that fish cannot pass through.I have one on my cichla growout tank.

I've seen some use nylon netting to divide their tanks.

i like egg crate because it allows the water to flow normal , but with those store bought or acrylic ones u need a filter in each divided slot because the water flow is restrained

do you know what they are called or have a pic? thanks
I don't have a pic but they are called aquarium dividers. If you go into a store and ask for them by that name they should know what you are looking for.....

That is a concern with this one that I have currently as it has tiny holes in it but I have seen older types with bigger holes for better water movement but still small enough to hold back a guppy.

I went to home depot and got a piece of acrylic ut it a little bigger then the depth of my tank drilled and bunch of little hole all over it and the wedge it in and it doesnt move. Its a little cleaner look for my tank that is in my living room but i would deff put a filter on each side
