I've kept a BP for over a year now, but due to aggression problems, I had to get rid of it. Now that he's gone, we miss him to much and have decided to rehouse instead of remove.

I have kept it in a 55 this whole time, but don't think I have room for another 55. I do have a 29 long, if I were to keep him alone in the tank, do you think I could manage it with lots of filtration and water changes?

i think hell be fine in the 29 gal with some dithers

a 55 should be fine under most circumstances for blood parrots. How large is he currently and do you plan on keeping him solo in the 55 or what?

HE was doing great in the 55, the other fish were not. He was becoming much to aggressive for the tankmates, I was wondering if the 29 long I had would be good enough for a loan BP or if I would need to get rid of him.
