The last few days ive noticed my tank full of millions of tint particles making the water look slightly milky in appearance. All of the fish are now scraping them selves.

Any ideas what it might be? how to fix the problem?

Sorry photo not uploading i will upload one asap.

If your fish are "flashing" (scraping/rubbing against items) then they most likely have a parasitic infection.

IMMEDIATELY do a 50%+ water change and add Parasite Clear (by Jungle Labs) or other broad spectrum parasite medication (I say broad spectrum because you don't know what it is as of yet).

Please provide more information on their symptoms so we can properly identify it.

Good luck!!!! :headbang2:headbang2:headbang2

Lots of small things moving around on the glass but they dont have a long shape like planarians.

Only symptons is scraping from time to time but every fish is doing it.

I can get seachem Cupramine would that be ok?

That's the KEY symptom of parasites; every fish flashing.

If you could, upload a photo of the "tiny" particles.

I've used Mardel Coppersafe, and that has worked for me. I would assume since they are both Copper-based treatments, they would work equally well.

So, my answer is yes! :)

Good luck and keep us updated! :headbang2:headbang2:headbang2

Thanks for your help, i am thinking of getting a uv sterilizer after i clear this problem to help keep parasites in check.

i had some of what sounds like the same stuff wiggling on my glass,
i wiped it off with a paper towel and put my carbon inserts back in and it took care of it...
urs sounds a little more serious and u should probably use coppersafe
