I already feel bad for any fish that will be crammed in there, since i highly doubt there is a proper filter, and also whoever owns it, i doubt will do adequate water changes...

Guppies, or similar, would be perfectly happy in there - or a Betta - if it had a heater run by the battery.

And a beta might acctually work if it didnt get over 150 in the car in cali sun. Hook up a A/C unit and heater that keeps it between 45 to 100 and maybe- but then again why? The fish are plastic.
