Tank info for Dovii pair.

I am going to need a larger tank for my young Dovii once he grows. Right now he is only 3' inches and living in a 55 gal tank. I have A 100 gal tank but my large Arrowana is living in there. I know that I am going to need a larger tank soon. I have read that a lot of fishkeepers are building their own tanks. I would like to build my own 200 gal tank to house my male Dovii and his mate in. Where can I get step by step info on building my own tank set up?

1. Don't build a tank because it's a waste of money.
2. Grow both of them up to about 8-11 inches
3. How big is your arowana
4. If he isn't big then you can throw the Dovii's in there
