tank is cloudy and otto wont eat

tank is cloudy
luckily fish are acting normal though the wild variety white clouds are lighter which happens in dusky water. what should i do?
plus my otto wont eat algae wafer, or zuccini

What are the water parameters? Did you do anything to your tank? Did you clean your filters? How long have you kept the oto? What has it eaten before?

ummmmm do a water change.....get water from another tank into that tank. MY 2 oto's never eat food i put in.....they are always to busy eating off the back wall where i let algea grow.

Try letting some algae grow, he might eat...Otos are schooling fish, he might need some "friends" haha.
