Here it is my weekend project. It is my 180 and it was downstairs but I just hated having my 180 downstairs so I wanted to move it upstairs but was scared about support. Thanks to knowdafish, he gave me a website that i based all my work off of. Tell me what you guys this of the new look.I threw in a few room shots to show you how good my big computer desk,180, postrepidic queen and book case fit in my room lol.

Also a few shots of my floor joists and jack post rig that i made to support the tank, tell me if you think it will hold. The board bolted to the jack post is 6"x8' and my floor joists are 2"x10" i believe.

Before

After

Ike the squirrel ask if you want to know how I got her

Layout of my medium size room just now its FULL

Here are the jack posts and where the tank sits above

roughly 40 inches from base to foundation

tank is 24" wide and 6' long sitting right between the foundation and greenboard and the jack post rig, also about 2 feet in front of my jack posts there are posts that were already built

6"x8' board bolted and jack up by the jack posts

The jack stands look like they'll do the trick!!
your tank is cool in it's new spot...
Now clean up your room before your MoM sees it...:ROFL::ROFL:

BTW how did you get that varmint, and how come you can hold it like a kitty?

My room is dirty due to all the tank moving yesterday. My closet is PACKED with clothes, you can say im metro, i have never ending clothes and shoes.

I was walking out of vet science last year and my friend went to step down i seen a squirrel so I pushed her so she wouldn't crush it. We took it into vet science and the teacher told me that we couldnt raise it as a class. So I took it to the vet and they gave it shots and said that they would send it to a wildlife place. They called and said the wildlife place said they didnt have anyroom so just throw it outside and let nature do the work so I picked her up and took her home. She was 3 weeks old and her eyes were still sealed. I bottle fed her every 4 hours for 8 weeks. Now she is the sweetest lil thing ever and has the best personality of any animal possible. If shes mad she throws nuts at me, she squeaks when shes mad lol. Say its cruel to keep her but she has a 4 foot high cage that is 4x4 on the bottom with 4 levels. She also has a cage outside that she gets to play in, its pretty big the one outside that is. I would let her go but she is almost a year old and has never hunted for herself. She plays with our dogs and cats and jumps on humans so some ppl and animals wont take that nice and she will be killed.

Basement is messy due to tank moving also, will be spotless in the next few days.

what a cute squirrel, nice tank and support

Looks like you've been busy. Awesome job! That's a cool squirrel! Did you have it since it was a baby? Seems pretty tame.
