Tank issues

I have a 300 gallon arylic tank with a center overflow on it. How do i get all the crap on the bottom go to the sump tube. Iv put powerhead in it and faced them in every dirrection but non of the stuff on the bottom ever makes it to the sump, it just swirls around on the bottom. Here's a pic of the tank. Please help

I have tried to use a bubble wand.... Doesn't really help lol

I use a combination of one sump and one or two canisters for each of my large tanks (180 and up). The canisters intake and supply are at the bottom of the tank for the poo and to push around as much water as possible in the lower areas, one tank is 44" deep!

The sump is nice for bio filtration and hiding the heaters. It's also easy to set up an auto water changer/trickle system with a sump. Mine automatically changes out 1 gallon an hour for each tank 24 gallons a day 168 gallons a week. Love it!

Still once every other month I'm in there with a python cleaning gravel.....
