So i was minding my own business watching gladiator, when all of a sudden CRACK! Went to have a look couldnt see anything at first but then i started to hear dripping. Luckily it wasnt my 150, just the 40, which only had 3 clown loaches, a juvenile jagovii and a green terror. Moved the gt back to the main tank and put the jagovii in its own poly box, and the same for the loaches. Gt will be fine, and both poly boxes have a heater, the loaches have a smaller filter and the jagovii has a plant. Luckily barely any water came out but i thought the glass would give way and gush out all over the room. so glad it didnt and emptied the tank pretty sharpish. The crack itself is on the back pane stretching right the way across, i literally have no idea why it cracked hopefully its not a sign of bad things to come. Now i have to think of what im going to do regarding repairing the tank or getting a new one. such a hassel especially as I was just about to go to bed but now im wide awake.

Dang, I consider you very very lucky. I had my 135 crack in the upstairs bedroom when nobody was home. I lost everything in the tank and it caused $4,000 in damage.
Lucky you were there to hear it.
For some reason reading this reminded me of a youtube vid I saw of a kid lifting a barbell. He accidentally hit his glass tank and just stood there frozen looking at it leaking LOL
