I just filled my 125gal tank in my new house and now that it is full I realize that it is about 1/4" lower in the front than the back. :WHOA: I am going to go under my house to lift about 3ft infront of the tank but I have to go out of town for the weekend. Should I drain the tank and wait untill I get the floor level or will it be ok for the weekend untill I can get the floor lifted?

I always fill the tank up around 1" first.I then use a tape measure on the inside, placing the end of the tape on the bottom .I then level the tank so all four corners are the same measurement.Never measure from the outside and not from the top.Water is the best level you will ever get .I then pack the legs using plastic shims that wont compress.Double check your measurement as you fill it to make sure your floor is not moving.
Don,t try and level it with it full.Empty it .

Not sure what part of Texas...but foundation issues are a rampant problem. I would consider if possible draining at least half the water until you get the issue resolved. The problem may not be the tank at all but the stand it is on. A 1/4" is not that bad length wise and easily fixed but front to back I would be :WHOA: also ha ha ha. Sounds like a stand issue to me. Level thge stand using wooden or plastic shims from Home Depot.

Its not the stand, I have had this setup for about 5 yrs at my old house and it was on a concrete slab and it sit level with nothing but some padding under it. I know it is the house because I have looked under the crawl spaces and some of the supports have broken from when the previous owner had the house level.

wait....you know the supports are broken and you decided to put a 125 on it. Thats what I like to hear!!!!!:headbang2
Dont let those small details stop you; rock on!

No I crawled under the house after I noticed the tank leaning I not quite that stupid. if I had known I would not have set it up. I have drained it half way I will crawl under the house and resupport it then fill it back up and get it going.

That has got to be the worst way to have found out the supports are broken. Hope your able to get the floor leved with out to much trouble and get you tank up and running.

quads ... have a similar problem here with my 108G setup ... filed my tank up to find 1/4" lower from back to fron + 1/8" from left to right... drained-it, did not take any chances ... opened-up the flooring to find 2x10 beams on 24" center to center ... I'm going to have to add support to the existing beams and add new beams in-between the old ones in hopes to make it stronger, and level ... at least ... I've got a water line just under there for my auto water changer setup ... and a drain close by.
