tank mate help for albino bichirs

i have two albinos and they are abt 5 inches.... i m thinking of gettin a black ghost... tank is 36*15 inches... i hav two driftwood, and a power filter.... anybody tried em
1. will the black ghost get along wit the bichirs?
2. if i get one what size shuld the bgk be?
3. will the bgk outgrow the tank? if so hw long? (i can upgrade the tank in abt 2 years)

Not sure about compatibility. But I can tell you BGK reach 16"+. My mother has one that is 16" and I believe she's had it about 4 years and bought it at about 4".

I have a 120 gallon 4x2x2 and with a sene, del, ornate, and a BGK the BGK will be fine with them as long as he has a good hiding space also as long as hes at least half the size of your biggest he will be fine. But you need a bigger tank BGK arent small fish and they do grow fast he will be bigger than your albinos.

BGK has a very very low growth, 7-8"a year or even slower than that... So it would be fine, but for the albino sen, since it is a albino ones it would only grow to 8"-9" (longest of the said bichirs due to poor genes due to breeding)... you could do it but, if I were you, you should really have a upgrade of it in less than a year, try to save up.

will he harm my bichirs once he gets big? i hav heard that bgk maxes out at 12-14, is tht true? i can upgrade the tank after some time, the only thing is that they shuld not hurt each other; now and in future.... and cant u keep a 1ft fish in a 36*15 tank with two albinos (just askin)?

Both fish BGK and Senegals are nocturnal so there would be no issues regarding stealthy attacks on night, and it is really recommended to only have 1 knife, make sure your knife is 6-8" cause if not it might be attacked by the Bichir... as long as all is fed well aggression issues will not be present, but cross you fingers on this cause every predator has a instinct to hunt and kill, but most people really have a success regarding such set up.

Bichirs are nocturnal??? Try telling that to mine lol they are always out cruising around lol. My BGK is the most docile fish I have I hand feed him and he is very content with his hiding spot and never causes any trouble my tank is a good size though so they never really see each other apart from feeding time but even so they never look at each other when they are together they are just trying to get some food and relax. BTW I know they are nocturnal I was just being funny
