I have a 60g tank with some Electric yellow lab, (Labidochromis caeruleus) and Electric Blue Ahli, (Hemichromis bimaculatus). They are good looking fish and very cute darting in and out of the caves squabbling over territory but only use the bottom third of the tank. Using the fishes length x width x height inches per gallon formula I have about 20g of adult fish space left. If this proves to be over crowded I have another tank I can move some to. I would like some suggestions of compatible Lake Malawi fish that would look good with the others and utilize the top two thirds of the tank more. Thank you in advance.
EDIT: I had a store owner tell me that these fish like to be crowded.??? My expertise run more to the SA/CA Cichlids. So any input on that statement would also be appreciated.
