I currently have a 65g freshwater planted tank
6 harliquin rasboras
1 keyhole cichlid
1 gold ram
1 german ram
1 severum
1 fairly small pleco (wont grow more then 3-4inches, i dont know the specific type)

I want one more fish, any suggestion for a good addition?

From your stock list, it looks like the lower portion of your tank is covered. The harlequins seem to be the only upper middle swimmers (other than the severum). If you want to stay small like the harlequins, cherry barbs or pentazona barbs would be attractive. If you can go a little larger, odessa barbs, gold barbs, and congo tetras would be a nice addition. If the tank is fairly long, torpedo barbs would look nice too.

maybe a firemouth if you want to go with another cichlid. theyre on the smaller side. could try some congo tetras. or roseline sharks if ur willing to spend alittle more

Ya but I already have a keyhole and im trying to have one of each kind of fish, and I think that a firemouth would be too aggressive?
I will look into earth eaters though as I dont know much about them.
Thanks for the advice guys keep it coming! :)

Rainbow Cichlid, Honduran Red Point, and several other smallish centrals american cichlids. Gourami's maybe?

Jewel cichlids are fairly aggressive could cause trouble in that tank.

I LOVE gouramis, i used to keep them but i am too nervous to keep them in this tank because my last gourami was very agressive to any other gouramis, or any fish close to its size
