Tank mate suggestions?

So in my 55g I have a 3-4 inch oscar, a pleco, 2 2inch red blood parrots, a green terror 3-4 inches and a 5-7 inch gold Severum just looking for one more fish to add any suggestions?

Nothing.you are stocked to capacity and overstocked once those fish grow some more

I've heard it's good to have "target fish" to lower aggression what would be a good fish for that?

I personally hate the idea of target fish. You want to keep aggression down? Don't keep communities. But regardless of my opinion, you're way over stocked. In 6 months that oscar will be a tank.

Target fish won't help in that tank. If you are having aggression issues you need to either upgrade or remove some fish. The only fish that may be able to stay in that tank long term are the blood parrots or severum.
