I have 1 jaguar, 1 red devil, 1 green texas, 1 salmon tail catfish and 1 pleco in a 180 gallon tank. all fish are around 3-4 inches beside the pleco which is around 30cm. Will these fish get a long in the future?

The jag and devil deff wont. Those are rival fish. I had those 2 same size tank is was all out war. U will need a larger tank for them to at least try and tolerate eachother...personal experience with them....not fun.

Like ecoli said lots of decor to break up line of sight. I would add dither like maybe a school of silver dollars. Anything to help destract them from each other. Growing them up together helps, but at the end of the day it comes down to each fishes individual personality.

welcome to mfk.. i find it is all in the temperment of the individual fish.. and their sex and how they were raised together and the size of the tank and other tank mates.. but most usual it does not work.. just keep an eye on things and see how they are reacting to each other in the days ahead.. alot of times though even if your keen on watching them ...the nighttime can bring out their worst.. in plain words ..it is a gamble..
