Trying to know what is a good tank mate for a birchirs tank.
3ft x 1ft x 1.5ft.
12 birchirs... 1 royal
Need 2 or 3 that swims around

Avoid species that are generalized as agressive.Generally fish named after prizefighters,satan and criminals should be avoided.Polypterids are usually
slow to eat and agressive fish can often outcompete them..

I just got 2 Jack dempsies upon a recommendation at Cayes aquatics and so far the community is doing great

Also, as far as the aggressive feeding issues, am just putting it in half portions at the opposite sides of the tank.
