Do you guys have any suggestions what can go into a round Rubbermaid 4 foot diameter, 200G of water, with my clown loaches. The tank holds 240G but I am using the top for emersed plant pots I don't want fully submerged. The tank is planted, just needs time to grow. It has sand as substrate and potted plants under and halfway in the water. The tank water is medium hard so fish need to be adaptable as the clown loaches....
I've got 7 non-aggressive and very friendly clown loaches that could not decimate my shrimp population in a year, and have never been interested in eating any fish yet. And I've got a new clown loach number 8 in quarantine right now. He's just a baby...
I know I am asking in the wrong forum
but I like small enough non-aggressive species that would benefit the loaches. I know my clowns will do well with almost any type of fish but I want what I get for them to be suitable to them. It has to swim mid water or top water.....
I came across one type that I like and I am reading they come from the same region as clown loaches. They are called Hyalobagrus flavus/Shadow cats/Malayan Yellow Pygmy cats, etc..
Anything else besides these, and tiger barbs which would be suitable for the loaches?
Thanks a mil for your suggestions...
