I was wondering what you guys would suggest as tank mates. It's a 5' tank.

Filteration is 2 Fx5's, 2 AQ 110's, and a 75g wet/dry.

Jardini is only about 9" right now.

There's not much you can keep with a jar, all depends of the temperment of the fish, what's he like?

He's pretty fiesty of an eater but have always has him alone so I'm not sure about other fish. I was thinking of maybe trying to find some bigger red hook silver dollars.

Worth a shot, large silver dollars can take a good beating. What are the other dimensions on your tank? Also that is a ton of filtration for one little 9" Jar lol.

Your best bet is to just try cheap fish that you are willing to lose. Also they may work at first and then get killed as it grows. You may also find that later on down the road when the jardini is mature and in a larger tank that it will accept a larger variety of tank mates.

That is a lot of filtration.. Whew .. I'd try silver dollars or if there is enough hiding spots on the bottom I'd try clown loaches . Wait for them to be $5 each at petsmart.. But if you have allllll that filtration on a 160 then money prolly isn't an issue. But big loaches or big silver dollars. Maybe you could also try a bichir .

The tank is 5x2x2, I had originally just had the wet/dry and a AQ on the tank but a LFS was going out of buisiness and I scoped the fx5s and AQ for super cheap lol. One is filled to the brim with just filter floss so my water is always crystal.

bearly any fish can work successfully since jardinis are super intolerable to tankmates.
