If I have a pair of angelfish, a peacock eel, a pleco, some otos and a pair of clown loaches, can I have like ghost shrimp, bamboo shrimp, and maybe a crayfish or blue lobster with those fish?

What size tank? I wouldn't recommend a crayfish or blue lobster they can and will eventually catch your fish which isn't ever good.
