So I have a 75 gallon fish tank I'm lookin to fill out. The current fish I have are as follows. 2 pictus cats, 2 albino long fin bn, 1 inspector pleco and 1 unknown synonym cat. I want to fill out the upper levels oft tank. One fish inwa wondering about was a discus, will these be ok with my fish of not what would be good fish. I will be upgrading in about a year or so to a large tank as well.

I would say in a larger tank you can get maybe two oscars in this setup? Not sure as the pictus cats have deadly fins when it comes to predators. If you get a 100+ gallon fish tank then you can easily add a pair of oscars. Great fish for surface as they spend most time in the mid-upper levels of the tank. Good luck!

You could probably do 5-7 discus in this set up, If small, discus are really hard to grow out, so get them closer to full grown.
