Tank mates

I have a channel catfish, a clownkinfe, and a ornate bichir. I want to get a tank mate for them but every time I put a fish in with them the clownkinfe kills it so far he has killed a,channel catfish,arowana,2 different types of cicled and 2 Oscars. They are in a 100 gallon tank and they are all about 7ins long.

Need a much bigger tank man. Minimum 400 if you wanted to keep all those that died too
