Tank mates

Picked this guy up a little while back, decided he can be a centerpiece fish for a stream setup. Was looking into either 1 or 2 of one of the smaller spiny eel species or something like peacock grudgeons. Concern I have is the tank has a grow out sev that this little guy is pretty hard on. Should I expect the same with non-cichlid tankmates?
Other inhabitants are harlequin rasbora(mandatory as they are the wife's favorite) looking to end up with about 10
And bn pleco babies that will be moved as they grow.

Pretty sure it's a curviceps as well. Fish store wasn't sure because a customer brought it and another in and they wouldn't coexist in my tank. The other got moved with my senegals and is a happy camper.

Does look like laetacara curviceps. So should be peaceful.
