Ok, so I plan to put an aquarium at the floor. Of course I will not just put the tank on the floor, I will put Styrofoam under it to prevent scratches. Will it do?

You don't really need the foam
just make sure its a strong and even surface like concrete ( depending on how big the tank/or how heavy it is
also clean the surface of were your putting it because one rock or pebble could break the tank under the pressure.
p.s if you really don't want the scratches just use a thick blanket. styrofoam will break quit easily

hello; The floor is a place of increased risk in terms of breakage from feet or other things bumping into the glass.

I think you got a point although its only me who enters that place. Haha, I'm the only one in the family interested in fishes.

Ground floor with concrete so I guess it will be okay to put on the floor. Um... Isn't styro used to not let any scratches below the tank?

Styrofoam would be fine, it would prevent scratches and balance out the weight a little if the floor wasn't completely flat.
