Hey guys sorry if this comes out weird I'm on my phone at work. I wanted to know if anyone makes a premade tank that is larger than a 75g
, no longer than 5ft in length, but not the standard 4ft 90g? Or do I have to go custom for something like that?

Those requirements leave a lot open. There are many 5 foot tanks out there, not many still being made though, the basic 120 or 150 which hold up the same base 4x2 and vary in height.

thanks for the replies guys. Well see I have a regular 75g fishtank with 2 oscars, a red devil, and 2 jack dempseys. I am going to need a larger tank soon that's why I am asking. The problem is that I also keep many reptiles, and my monitors take up most the basement (which is quite small) and I only have a small spot for this fishtank. The 75g fits nicely in a corner next to the stairs but anything bigger will stick out, that's why I didn't want anything over 5ft. (im willing to stick a foot out, because it wont be a whole foot, it'll be like 8in) I wanted like a 180g but the 6fter will stick out too far. The reason I'm shying away from the 90g is because I'm thinking the fish could use the length rather than the height. Is this true? or can they also use the height and width just as well? I'm also pondering ways to build custom cages for some of my other reptiles and if it works out I might just be able to fit the fish on another wall and if that works then I will probably just go with a 6ft tank but not sure about how many gallons depending on how much its going to cost me.

Also, how big of a tank will suffice for these guys fully grown? I plan on getting them as big as I can afford once I have the space. Thanks 12VoltMan, I'll check into that one, it does sound quite perfect for what I'm looking for.

Also, is it cheaper for glass or acrylic? For the 120g-180g range...

scratch that, its lookin like glass is cheaper...

You do realize that once all those fish are full grown a couple hundred gallons plus would be recommend? A 4' tank would be the absolute minimum for just 1 Oscar or 1 Red Devil.

Unless you have a uniquely prissy devil, then when that thing gets some size on it it will kill everything in that tank.

Not busting your chops just telling you the truth.

Yeah I do realize that but I have time before they get that big. That's why I was thinking of a 180g if I can fit it cuz they would fit in there for a while. Within the next year I should have purchased another house in which I will be able to fit massive tanks and enclosures. Thanks though.
