Tank rebuild?

Just recently picked up a 150g tank. The downside is that one side had been blown off from a heater exploding.
I have completely removed the one side and cleaned it up.

Is it possible to fix the tank by adding a new side?
If possible, any recommendations on what material to use or should I just get another glass side and seal it all up?

Use glass. You could try a piece of ply covered in epoxy but you would kill any resale value
