I recently resealed a 150 gallon tank i acquired and decided to test fill it today. My question is how long should i leave water in it before i decide its sealed properly and can bring in the house and start too cycle

How long ago did you seal it? Having water in it does nothing toward helping the silicone cure. You need the tank to be empty and dry for it to properly cure. Full cure time is usually about 10-14 days, depending on a couple factors.

The tanks that I reseal I usually let sit for a couple days. Making sure the floor I fill it on is completely dry so I can see if there are any problems. 10 day cure is good. I usually go 7

What is the air temp of the room where the tank was curing?

Tube said 24 hours too touch and 48 hours until it should meet water

There recommended temp is probably mid 70s, so you should be good to go after 10 days

Thanks it has water in it for 24 hours now im thinking its good to go but im gonna give it one more night to be sure
