Tank safe for the second floor?

Hi i was planning on buying a 50 gallon glass aquarium with a sand substrate
I live in a fairly new house, and am going to be putting it on my second floor on a solid oak cabnet stand against a major wall... do you think it will be alright?

yes it will be perfectly fine. You really only have to get worried once you get up to 100 gallons.
