Tank seams opinion

Check these out. This is all I was sent but what do you think of the seams?

Its sw so the glass is caked up.

Just a guess but I see two different colors of caulk, black on the vertical and overflow and clear on the bottom so appears to have had some resealing done.

I noticed that also. Supposedly a yr old.

if you're skilled enough to reseal it then go for it! if the price is right...you could always use that as a bargaining tool.

My Resealing days are over...well hopefully. Supposedly come from the factory that way. I'm not sure since I've never done black silicone

The black silicone on the tank looks fine to me, the silicone on the bottom might be a problem. Like mentioned by
B BichirKing if the price is right. i'd go for it!

I was talking about never seeing vertical done black with clear bottom. It seems like a waste to do that.

I did read a comment under marineland warranty that said black vertical seams on one guys tank

I would not buy unless you are going to reseal. we all know the new silicone does not seal to old silicone so not done properly you are buying some ones issue and saving them dump fees.
